Rev. Bishop, who recently lost his former Faith Christian Family Church in an unrelated bankruptcy case, has been fighting 8 years against current and former Bay County Property Appraisers over the property taxes on his home.

They claim he owes more than 4-hundred thousand dollars in back property taxes on his multi-million dollar home that he lists as his parsonage.

But the county sued saying it is in a gated community with no ready access to the general public and he should have to pay property taxes.

This week Circuit Judge Hentz McClellan ruled in Bishop's favor for the second time in 6 months saying he doesn’t have to pay.

Property Appraiser Dan Sowell says he will decide very soon if he will appeal this week's decision.
