Police Looking for Brother of Escaped Inmate's Victim

There's a new development in the case of those two convicted killers mistakenly release from that State Prison in Franklin County.

34 year old Charles Walker and Joseph Jenkins were arrested at a Panama City Beach motel and are back in the prison in Carrabelle.

Authorities are looking for 34 year old Willie Slater Jr. who allegedly threatened some of Walker's relatives while Walker was out of prison.

Walker is spending 50 years in prison for killing Slater's brother, Cedric Slater in 1999.

Orlando Police say Slater threatened to kill some of Walker's relatives if they didn't tell him where Walker was hiding.

After U.S. Marshals captured Walker and Jenkins Saturday evening at the Coconut Grove Motel on Front Beach Road, Slater disappeared from the Orlando area.

Authorities believe he's on the run, and should be considered armed and dangerous.

As for Walker and Jenkins, Florida Department of Law Enforcement officials are continuing to search for clues as to who forged the legal documents that set them free.

Investigators say they have a couple of suspects in mind.

The FDLE and the State Attorney General's Office is offering a combined $20,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the forgers.
