PANAMA CITY BEACH-- Local authorities are trying to find out if a mental health professional sexually abused patients here in the Panhandle.
Bay County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 62 year old Gerard Lucien Pepin Thursday at his home on Gwyn Drive in Panama City Beach.
They picked up Pepin on a warrant out of Volusia County on two counts of sexual battery and sexual misconduct by a psychotherapist.
The state attorney for the 7th Judicial Circuit says Pepin committed the crimes while practicing in Volusia before moving here to Bay County.
Bay County Sheriff's Investigators a now asking anyone who believes they may have been victimized by Pepin to contact them immediately at 747-4700.
Pepin is currently in the Bay County jail, until he's moved back to Volusia County.
