JACKSON COUNTY-- A man received multiple charges in Jackson County Saturday night, including a DUI and possession of crack-cocaine. And deputies say he's a repeat offender.
Jackson County Sheriff's Deputies say Stanly Marchant, 55, ran a motorist off the road while traveling west on Highway 2 between Campbellton and Graceville.
After deputies pulled Marchant over, they determined he had three prior "Driving with a Suspended or Revoked License" convictions and three previous DUI convictions.
They say Marchant told deputies he had consumed bourbon and prescription pain pills before he was stopped.
Deputies took him to the Marianna Police Department where his breath test came back over the legal limit.
Marchant is now in the Jackson County Correctional Facility.
