Robbery Suspect Still On the Loose in Jackson County

JCSO is still looking for a robbery suspect.

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office is still searching for a man believed to be the sole suspect in robbery at Taco Bell on the 4000 block of Highway 90 early Wednesday morning around 12:25.

Officials say as Taco Bell employees were leaving the building, a black male approached them, unarmed, demanding money.

The male then fled the scene westward on foot, toward the Holiday Lanes Bowling Alley.

The vehicle of interest in this case is a white extended cab Chevrolet truck, and was seen in the area prior to this incident.

The suspect is described as a light-complected black male, approximately six foot tall, wearing blue jeans, a ball cap and a light colored shirt.

The amount of money stolen has not yet been released.
