PANAMA CITY-- Panama City Police say they've wrapped up a one month child abuse investigation with the arrest of a school aide.
Fifty-seven year old Elaine Edwards is charged with one count of child abuse.
Investigators say Edwards grabbed an ESE student by the arm on May 22, and forcibly moved the child to another seat on the school bus.
She's also accused of grabbing a second child the same day, to keep them in their bus seat.
Edwards was a school bus aid at Margaret K. Lewis school at the time.
Police arrested her at her Lynn Haven home on Monday.
A judge granted Edwards a pre-trial release Monday afternoon.
