Sneads- Students and teachers at Sneads High School started off their morning Tuesday with a tribute to the fallen heroes of September 11th.

"It's just really good that we pay tribute and remembrance to these people who have died," said Sneads High School senior Mark Hirt.

They met in the school's auditorium where several guest speakers talked about the upcoming 10th anniversary. Afterwards, the school's choir got up on stage to sing, and then everyone headed outside for a flagpole dedication by the Woodmen of the World.

"I am truly honored to live in this country and it is a big deal to me knowing all these people died fighting for my country and for my freedom," said junior Harley Watts.
