CEO for St. Joe Company Retires

The St. Joe Company will be getting a new leader.

Chairman of the Board Bruce Berkowitz announced that Chief Executive Officer Park Brady is retiring, effective today.

Brady began serving as CEO in 2011.

Berkowitz said Brady has helped St. Joe focus on core development activities, reduce operating costs, and sell-off non-strategic agricultural land to a Mormon-owned company called AG Resources.

Brady will remain available to the St. Joe company through a 3 year agreement as a special ad visor.

Independent director Jeffrey C. Keil will serve as Interim CEO while the board searches for Brady's replacement.
