PANAMA CITY - Candidates who are running to replace State Representative Jimmy Patronis were at Gulf Coast State College Tuesday evening for a small business forum.

Four Republicans, two Democrats, one Green Party candidate, and one Write-In candidate made up the panel.

Local radio and TV talk show host Don Arias was the moderator for the forum.

Each candidate was given two minutes for opening remarks and a minute and thirty seconds for response to questions.

Those questions ranged from Medicaid, Business Incentives, and Setting a Minimum Wage and how each could affect small businesses.

Ryan Jack Singleton, a 24 year old who qualified as a Democratic candidate, dropped out of the race during tonight's forum.
