A local man, allegedly part of a plot to rob a Florida lottery winner, will appear in court Monday.
Officials say Kelvin Mack was one of two men that forced their way into the Panama City home of Linda Marie Wilson in August of 2012.
Wilson had won $90,000 dollars playing Fantasy 5.
Wwilson's cousin, Mytrice Walker, allegedly recruited Mack and Rossi Armstead to pull off the robbery.
$150 was stolen from Wilson's vehicle.
Walker already entered a guilty plea of principal to home invasion robbery and is serving six years.
Armstead is currently serving a 21 year sentence in prison.
