Tensions continue between Bay County Commissioners and the Bay Health Foundation, which oversees Bay Medical Sacred Heart.
The two sides have been at odds over the county getting a voting position on the hospital board, and the hospital's pension fund.
The county claims the pension is under-funded, but Monday GRS Financial Service told foundation members it's not unusual for pension plans to have unfunded liabilities that are paid-off over a 15 to 30-year period.
Bay Medicals plan is on track to pay-off the debt in 11-years.
