Texas Man Wins Okaloosa Co. TDC's "Most Deserving Dad" Contest

It was a very special Father's Day for one Texas family, compliments of the Okaloosa County TDC.

On Sunday, TDC employees flew out to Austin, Texas to surprise John Drummond and his family. They named Drummond, a city firefighter the winner of their "America's Most Deserving Dad" contest.

Drummond and his family won a week-long vacation in a Destin beach house, a $500 shopping spree at Destin Commons and a new Jeep Wrangler. The family was chosen out of more than 5,000 entries in a video contest promoted on Facebook.
