Gov. Rick Scott says Florida's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate dipped to 7.5 percent in March, the state's lowest rate in more than four years.
Last month's statewide rate is down from a revised rate of 7.8 percent in February. Scott said today that the declining jobless rate is in stark contrast to the economic climate before he became governor in January 2011.
