Baton Rouge, LA

Vision executives say they're discontinuing service from the Okaloosa County hub to Savannah, Georgia, Huntsville, Alabama, Columbia, South Carolina, Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, next month. They say the demand for those flights has been lower than expected.

Vision Airlines announced its expanded service between Northwest Florida Regional Airport and over a dozen small to medium-sized markets back in January. The first flights began in March.

Vision will continue to serve 19-destinations, including Atlanta, Orlando, St. Petersburg, Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Myers, Houston and Las Vegas.
