WASHINGTON COUNTY-- Florida Highway Patrol officials are also still investigating a two-car crash in Washington County that sent four people to the hospital.
The accident occurred a little before 7 p.m. Friday near the intersection of US Highway 90 and Griffin Road in Chipley.
According to Florida Highway Patrol officials, 32-year-old Amy Rudd was driving southbound on Griffin Road, while the driver in the other vehicle was headed westbound on US-90 approaching the intersection.
Rudd attempted to cross onto US 90, and the second vehicle struck Rudd's.
The impact caused Rudd's car to rotate, and caused the second vehicle to overturn several times, where it ejected the driver onto the southbound shoulder.
Both drivers and their passengers were taken to different hospitals across the Panhandle.
