Washington County School Officials now say they plan to welcome students back to class Wednesday.
The first day of school as supposed to be Monday but school district officials had to cancel because of heavy flooding over the weekend.
Most of the county's dirt roads washed-out, keeping school buses from reaching students.
They postponed school again Tuesday to give county crews a chance to survey the damages and make some repairs.
If all goes as planning buses will roll Wednesday morning.
Washington District School and Sheriff’s Officials say they’ll keep everyone updated if there are any changes.
