PANAMA CITY BEACH-- The local woman accused of killing a Louisiana teenager in a traffic crash this Spring is facing more charges.
Panama City Beach Police have officially charged 50 year old Lee Creary with DUI manslaughter.
She appeared before a judge Tuesday afternoon, who ordered her held on $50,000 bond.
The police say Creary's blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit when she hit and killed 17 year old Mark Robertson back on May 22nd.
The Louisiana teenager was returning to his room at the Boardwalk Beach Resort on Thomas Drive when Creary allegedly ran her SUV onto the sidewalk, hit a power pole and then hit Robertson.
He died less than two hours later.
Police had already charged Creary with drug possession immediately after the crash.
