Panama City More than 30 singers of the Bay County Christian Youth Choir have something to celebrate tonight.

The group performed its homecoming concert to wrap up its week-long bus tour across the southeast.

Singers in the independent choir come from 25 different churches in the Bay County area.

Members of the group say they enjoyed connecting with different communities and the rest of the choir.

"It's a really cool experience it get to share our message," Regan Hamrick, a member of the choir, said. "It's really cool to see everyone's faces in the audience. They're so blessed by the message, and it's a really good feeling that we're blessing their lives with the music."

The tour took the middle and high school students as far as Chattanooga and Charlotte.

Hamrick says the group stayed in church members' homes where they performed.
