Bay County Commissioners Expect to Have TDC by Mid-Month

Under an agreement with Panama City Beach, the city council is supposed to appoint four members, the county appoints four, and those eight choose the ninth member. The beach council had offered to let the county pick all of the TDC members, but the commissioners decided they want to comply with the agreement.
