Suspects Use BB Gun in Jackson County Robbery

Three people are in jail after robbing two people at gunpoint Saturday night.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, it happened at the Alford ball park around 11:15 Saturday evening.

The two victims say the suspects flashed a machine gun and demanded money. The victim followed the car the suspects were in until deputies arrived.

Sheriff's deputies stopped the car on Kynesville Road in Marianna. The three suspects were arrested and two of them were juveniles.

Deputies recovered property belonging to the victims from the car. They also found the weapon that was used which turned out to be a BB gun made to look like an AK-47.
