Panama City-- There will be a new face representing the Panama City residents living in Ward 2.

Longtime Commissioner Jonathan Wilson lost his bid for another term to Kenneth Brown.

The margin was large. Brown picked-up 61% of the vote. He's already making plans, while Wilson says he's not planning on dropping out of sight.

"The major things I'm going to focus on is the clean up. It's always been clean up for a long time. My whole campaign is about cleaning up the neighborhood and I believe if we clean up the neighborhood, a lot of other things will fall into place," said Commissioner-elect, Kenneth Brown.

"I'll still be working in the community and in the area. I've done that ever since 1952, when I first came to Panama City and up until this point, so there's no need to stopping now," said outgoing Commissioner, Jonathan Wilson.
