Citizens Oversight Committee discusses half-cent sales tax spending plan

Updated: 05/16/2011 - Panama City-- The Citizens Oversight Committee is looking at plans for the half-cent sales tax Bay county voters passed last August. The committee met with Bay County Schools Superintendent, Bill Husfelt Monday morning to discuss a spending plan. Some of the money will go to upgrading classroom technology.
