Construction starting on Bay City Point

More than two years after we first told you about it, construction is finally about to start on Bay City Point, a new shopping center in Panama City.

It's part of an initiative to get technology directly into the hands of students.

The superintendent and his staff want to create a district wide plan to teach students good behavior and reward those who behave.

"Visit Florida" and "Visit Panama City Beach" representatives met with local business owners to talk about how tourism positively impacts their business.
