WJHG-TV Newschannel 7, the NBC affiliate and dominant #1 news source for the fast growing Panama City, Florida market, is looking for a Web Producer/Reporter to manage content on wjhg.com and our Facebook and Twitter pages. This position may also require producing newscasts, shooting video and on-air work from time to time.

Qualified candidates will be: proficient in the technical skill-sets necessary to post copy, video and still images to wjhg.com; be a self-starter with the ability and passion to keep the website constantly updated with the latest news; and have a working knowledge of social media sites.

Qualified candidates must also have a college degree in communications, broadcast journalism or related field.
Experience in a smaller market or with a college newscast preferred. Use of P-2 cameras, non-linear editing, and iNews is a big plus.
