Asthma Meds: Serevent and Foradil Don't Have Clear Benefit in Children

Asthma medications Serevent and Foradil don't have a clear benefit in children, according a review of Published Studies.

Right now these drugs are recommended as add-on therapies to traditional inhalers.

While researchers found the drugs improved lung function, they did not have any further benefit compared to regular inhaler treatment.

Experts say more studies are needed.
