LAKELAND, FL- The Chipola Indians lost their first game at the State Tournament Saturday to Palm Beach State.
Panthers used 5 runs in the 8th inning to run rule the Indians and send them into an elimination game at noon Sunday.
The Northwest Florida Raiders had a run rule game as well, beating State College 13-2 to stay alive in the tournament. They will play Palm Beach at 3 on Sunday for a shot in the Gulf District title series.
