Record Breaking Blue Marlin at Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic

SANDESTIN, FL- An Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic record breaking Blue Marlin tipped the scales at 783.6 lbs.
Travis Dorland of Mobile, Alabama caught the monster Blue Marlin on Friday. Dorland is an angler aboard the "Done Deal" based in Houma, Louisiana. The Boat is owned by Jon Gonsoulin. Other anglers aboard are Roy Wilks, Lance Hightower, Trevor Lott, and Freddy Falgoust.
There are 38 boats participating in this years event, and there's a total of $575,550 dollars up for grabs.
