Panama City, FL--The Bay Tornadoes are pretty much done celebrating their first round playoff win, though the good feeling of that win lingers. Still Bay Head Coach Daniel Davidson wants his guys looking ahead.
The Tornadoes Wednesday going east to Live Oak last night and beating 5-A two champ Suwannee 5-3. The coach not giving his guys too long to think about that victory.
"We've had a saying all year that we move on," says Davidson "we get about two hours to celebrate or sulk, and sit around on a loss, and then we move on. And we start looking towards it and getting ready to play our next opponent. So I think by the time we were home last night most of the guys were wanting to know who we were gonna play and what we were gonna be working on towards that game."
Bay awaits the winner of the Wakulla-West Florida game which was suspended by weather Wednesday night with Wakulla leading 1-0 in the 4th.
No matter who wins that one, Bay will travel again but that doesn't seem to bother the Tornadoes 4 of 5 now, all on the road.
