An Alford, Florida man is being held in the Jackson County Jail in Marianna for allegedly burning down his own home.
Darrel Burgess Young is being charged with one count of arson of an occupied dwelling.
Sheriff’s officials say Young had an argument with other people living in the house and the allegedly set it on fire.
The incident happened around 4 a.m. Friday morning.
Jackson County Fire and Rescue was able to put the blaze out without any injuries to themselves or the residents of the home.
