The seventh annual George Butchikas Barbeque Bash and Silent Auction to benefit children with autism is set for this Sunday.
Several hundred people are expected to attend the event held at Angelo's Steak Pit on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach. Anyone is invited to attend and tickets are $50 at the door. All money raised will benefit the Butchikas Foundation for Autism, helping local families receive the support necessary.
Butchikas founded the organization in 1997 because of his own daughter who has autism. The bash is from 6 to 9 p.m.
