It was deja vu for fire crews Sunday afternoon, responding twice to the same trailer fire at 416 Lyndell Lane.
Panama City Beach firefighters say the fire was put out, and the fire marshal came by to investigate and declared it an accident. About four hours later, at 9:30 Sunday night, crews were called back to a fire at the same location.
Officials say the second fire is still under investigation. No one lived in the trailer, and officials say the owners were in the middle of renovations to try and sell the trailer.
