Local grand jurors have come back with a first degree murder indictment against the man accused of a violent rampage in Fountain in north Bay County last week.
The jurors indicted 28-year-old Jason Croff on one count of first degree murder and one count of attempted first degree murder.
Croff is accused of killing 20-year-old Daniel Scott Andrews and severely injuring 23-year-old William Carlisle.
Andrews was shot in the head, Carlisle's throat was cut and he too was shot. The attacks happened in the early morning hours last Monday, December 6.
Croff is being held without bond in the Bay County Jail in Panama City.
