It was setup time Monday morning in the Panama City Mall parking lot that has now turned into the world's largest circus under the big top.

The animals were getting ready for their big performance starting Monday night at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. through Wednesday.

Those with the circus say it costs about the same as a movie ticket, but it's family fun for everyone.

"You have live family entertainment under the big top. You can almost touch the acts under the big top. So close, so colorful, so exciting; it's a once or twice a year treat for the children and adults alike,” shares Bob Kellard of Cole Brothers Circus.
This is the 26th year the New Cole Brothers Circus has made a stop in Panama City. For years it was known as the Clyde Beatty Cole Brother's circus but after copyright issues and the fact that few young people knew the name, organizers decided to rename the show.

The actual circus has been in existence for 120 years. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children younger than 13 years old. Portions of the ticket fee will go to local children's charities.
