My cousin and another fire fighter were the first to him and I helped pull him out. There was a channel under the water which created an extremely strong current in which we believe he was caught in. When pulled out, they began CPR Immediatly and continued until EMTs arrived. My heart and prayers go out to the family. The reaction from the community was outstanding. Even though we were not able to reach him in time, everyone risked their lives to rush to Mr Williams aid. Once again, my prayers to the community. Be safe all
