The semi swerved across the interstate coming to a stop on the right shoulder and burst into flames. The driver of the tractor trailer was killed at the scene. The driver and passenger of the parked truck were unharmed.
Eastbound traffic on Interstate 10 was diverted for several hours while the mess was cleaned up.
