Investigators may have found the body of a missing Wakulla County woman.

According to our sister station, WCTV – 6 in Tallahassee, officials received a call at about 11 this morning from a group of hunters in the woods near the intersection of highway 267 and the Bloxham Cut-Off on the western edge of Leon County Saturday morning.

Investigators did notify the family of missing Wakulla County woman Cheryl Dunlap about the body. But, but they couldn’t say whether the body was dunlap’s.

Dunlap has been missing since December 1st. No other information has been confirmed at this time.
