Bay County sheriff's investigators arrested 25-year-old David Peltier and 19-year-old John Reiss who allegedly arranged to meet a 14-year-old girl for a sexual encounter.
They were really communicating with an undercover sheriff's investigator posing as the 14-year-old girl. Deputies arrested both Peltier and Reiss Monday afternoon in separate incidents. Both are facing lewd and lascivious exhibition charges.
A 77-year-old Wewahitchka man arrested for the same kind of activity has been found guilty of computer pornography and soliciting.
Gulf County sheriff's investigators arrested Keith Hall last October after he solicited a 15-year-old girl online. She contacted deputies who assumed her online identity. They arranged to meet Hall, who showed up with a camera and a motel key in his car.
Hall was sentenced to five-year probation and must register as a sex offender.
