Two Panama City Beach residents are in the Bay County Jail charged with several drug charges and child neglect.
Thirty-two-year-old Michael B. Miller and 39-year-old Theresa Langelia of Panama City Beach made their first appearance before a judge Sunday morning.
According to the police report, officers found methamphetamines and oxycodone in their house on Oleander Circle.
Miller is also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Both were charged with child neglect since two children, ages five and eight, were also in the house.
