The family of a young Lynn Haven girl killed in a car accident last spring is reliving her death all over again this weekend.

The death of Mosley High School graduate Suzanne Adams in March upset many who knew the 24-year-old and her family, longtime owners of Adams Pharmacy in Lynn Haven.

Saturday, Florida Highway Patrol troopers arrested a Southport man they believe is responsible for her death.

Forty-three-year-old John Stephen Carter is charged with DUI manslaughter and driving with a suspended license resulting in death. He's being held on $110,000 bond.

A sample of Carter's blood was sent to the University of Florida Forensic Toxicology Lab where doctors found the drugs Alprazolam, Hydrocodone and Morphine.

Troopers say Carter was driving carelessly and was under the influence of drugs. The accident happened on Highway 389 just before 5 a.m. the morning of March 28.
