A man and 14-year-old were air lifted to a Tallahassee hospital Friday morning after an accident in Calhoun County.
About 7 a.m. Robert A. Lewis was traveling east on County Road 274.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Lewis was following a tractor-trailer and rear ended it when it slowed down to make a turn on a private road.
Mark Watson, the driver of the semi, walked away from the crash.
Robert A. Lewis and his passenger, 14-year-old Robert D. Lewis, suffered incapacitating injuries and were taken by AirHeart to a hospital in Tallahassee.
