One of Panama City Beach's more popular tourist attractions is under new ownership.
The Walsingham family has sold the Ripley's Believe It or Not museum to Ripley Entertainment. The deal became final Friday.
The Walsingham's opened Ripley's in June 2006, in an amazing replica of a 1950s vintage luxury liner that has run aground. It instantly became a landmark and a major attraction for tourists and locals alike.
Ripley's officials say they will continue to provide the same unusual and unique attractions for the public.
