PCP officers responded to a domestic disturbance call on Saturday morning where they arrested Nicholas Evans for domestic battery and child abuse. He was booked into the Bay County Jail.
During the domestic battery arrest, officers noticed a large amount of fishing gear and electronics within the residence and notified detectives due to recent burglaries and thefts of similar items.
While collecting the items from the residence, detectives found photo and video evidence showing Evans and Kayla Fosmire engaging in several different sexual activities while their two-year-old child was present and observing.
Fosmire was arrested, booked, and charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition in the presence of a child under twelve.
Evans was additionally charged with lascivious exhibition and violation of probation for a previous grand theft charge.
The child was turned over to the Department of Children and Families.
The burglary and theft investigation is still ongoing.
