Panama City Police arrested sixteen individuals for solicitation of prostitution and/or drug related charges.
PCPD special operations unit conducted an operation that began after complaints were made by concerned citizens.
The operation took place near West Nineteenth Street and Highway 98.
Similar operations are expected in the future.
Those arrested and their charges are as follows:
Rebecca Kerns: charged with solicitation of prostitution
Darcy Barber: charges with solicitation of prostitution
Spencer Finley: charged with simple battery
James Hassell: charged with solicitation of prostitution
Kasey Golden: charged with solicitation of prostitution and possession of marijuana more than 20 grams
Davaris Nelson: charged with solicitation of prostitution, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and resisting an officer
Mark Tharp: charged with solicitation of prostitution
Keith Timmons: charged with solicitation of prostitution
Devan Moore: charged with solicitation of prostitution
Gregg Wolffer: charged with solicitation of prostitution
Allan Sims: charged with attempted purchase of cocaine
Michael Knight: charged with solicitation of prostitution
Benjamin Orleans: charged with solicitation of prostitution
Justin Bruner: charged with solicitation of prostitution
Joseph Buchanan: charged with purchase of cocaine
Richard Adams: charged with solicitation of prostitution
