SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO GIVE THEM A RIDE HOME FROM SCHOOL.
INSTEAD, 26-YEAR-OLD JEANEEN TYNDALL IS SUSPECTED OF GIVING TWO BOYS AND A GIRL, AGES 15 AND 16, ILLICIT DRUGS ON CAMPUS. THE SUBSTITUTE IS IN THE BAY COUNTY JAIL CHARGED WITH PROVIDING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE TO MINORS.

THE THREE STUDENTS INVOLVED LATER TOLD INVESTIGATORS THAT TYNDALL OFFERED THEM MARIJUANA.
TYNDALL AND THE THREE STUDENTS ALLEGEDLY SMOKED THE POT WHILE SITTING IN HER HONDA SEDAN ON THE CAMPUS OF BOZEMAN LEARNING CENTER.
THEY THEN DROVE TO A GAS STATION OFF HIGHWAY 77, WHERE SHERIFF'S INVESTIGATORS SAY TYNDALL CRUSHED UP OXYCONTIN PAIN PILLS AND SNORTED THEM WITH 2-OF THE STUDENTS.

THE STUDENTS TOLD INVESTIGATORS TYNDALL KEPT THE MARIJUANA IN THE CENTER CONSOLE OF HER CAR. WHEN QUESTIONED TYNDALL TOLD INVESTIGATORS SHE HAD NO DRUGS IN HER CAR, BUT A SUBSEQUENT SEARCH TURNED UP TWO BLUNTS AND OTHER DRUG PARAPHENALIA. BAY COUNTY SHERIFF'S INVESTIGATORS ARE ALSO CHARGING TYNDALL WITH POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA AND DRUG PARAPHENALIA.

A STUDENT WHO WAS NOT INVOLVED IN THE ALLEGED DRUG USE APPARENTLY TOLD THE SCHOOL'S RESOURCE OFFICE.
THEN SHERIFF'S INVESTIGATORS QUESTIONED THE STUDENTS INVOLVED AND THEY TOLD THEM THAT THEY DID IN FACT DO DRUGS WITH JEANEEN TYNDALL.
