One person is dead after a pickup truck intentionally crashed into a local post office Sunday night.
It happened about 10 o'clock at the main Post Office on Sherman Avenue, across from the Bay County Fairgrounds in Cedar Grove.
Initial reports say a man, identifed as 58 year old Larry Morris, who lived nearby ran out of his house, jumped into his pickup truck and sped away.
Cedar GRove Police Chief Johnj Ferrick says Morris drove through and open gate at the Post Office and intentionally crashed into the building at a speed estimated at 70 miles per hour.
He was killed almost instantly. No one in the Post Office was injured.
The investigation into circumstances surrounding the mishap is continuing.
