Security Guard Allegedly Rapes Spring Breaker -- Then Pushes Her Over a 6th Floor Balcony

GANG MEMBERS ARE BEING HIRED AS SECURITY GUARDS HERE. THEY USE THE DISPATCH RADIO TO STALK WHITE WOMEN ALL OVER THE COUNTY. THEY ACCUSE THE VICTIMS OF CRIMES THAT THEY COMMITTED THEMSELVES. THEY KICK IN THE DOORS TO HOMES AND DRAG WHITE WOMEN OUT, OR SHOOT THEM ON THE WAY HOME SO THEY CAN SMOKE CRACK AND PARTY IN THE VICTIMS' HOMES. THEY ORDER MEDICAL PERSONNEL TO RELEASE THEM FOR WORK SO THEY CAN STEAL THEIR PAY CHECKS AND FOLLOW THEM FROM DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS.THEY ARE REALLY STALKING US SO MUCH THAT WE CANNOT EVEN TAKE A SHOWER WITHOUT THEM POKING IN. IT IS AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL STATE OF FALSE ARREST FOR SODOMY FEMALE CRIMES AND THEFT OF I.D., DIPLOMAS, DEGREES, CARS, CREDIT CARDS, HOMES, AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES. SOME OF THE LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT ARE GANG MEMBERS TOO, AND THEY LIE ABOUT VICTIMS HAVING WARRANTS SO THEY CAN SHOOT US IN THE HEAD FOR SNUFF FILMS. VICTIMS ARE PAYING HIGH PRICES FOR RENT AND GROCERIES SO THE GANGS DON'T PAY. IT IS SLAVERY.

This is my sisters ex BF from about 8 or 9 years ago and he beat on her. So I beat on him.. I still enjoy those memories

This scumbag should be thrown from the same balcony and the hotel "slumlandlords" should pay out the wallet for being too cheap to do a background check. Another hotel going out of business. Hope this guy gets gang raped in prison.

This was my cousins room mate who was down there on spring break with her. She said that the security guard had been harrasing them for a while. He even came in the room using a key without their permission. He should have been toted off to jail for assaulting Laurie's daughter 6 hours before. It's a shame the hotel didn't do anything.

My daughter was on Spring Break at the Sand Piper last week and was also assaulted by this creepy "security guard" approximatey 6 hours before this young girl from Tuscaloosa was assaulted. If the manager on duty at the Sand Piper had immediately called the police and the security guard had been reprimanded for his assault on my daughter, this other young girl may not have been assaulted at all. Shame on the management at Sand Piper! And shame on the Security Company that hired this jerk to keep our kids safe from harm!

I was there when it happened. My friend & I walked up right after she fell. We saw her before even the paramedics got to her. It was terrible. And when they woke her her screams were awful to hear. Brought tears to both of us. In fact my friend & I had spoken to that same security guard the day before that happened. She should definately hold the hotel responsible. They shouldnt have hired someone with a past like his.

I can't believe this is happening. I was just on spring break last week and stayed at Sandpiper. I can't even count how many times Shawn was in our room just checking on us or hanging out. He appeared to be a really nice guy. He even walked me to get ice one night cuz none of my roomates would walk with me. I don't know why he didn't try anything with me because he had multiple opportunities. My heart goes out to the girl he did decide to go after. The night I met him, he had taken my roomate over to view the condos that Sandpiper owned. She had had alot to drink and she said they went alone and I can't imagine why he wouldn't take advantage of her in that situation but he didn't. It is a shame that we trusted him solely because his jacket said "security". It really makes me step back and re-evaluate who I can trust.

Lisa, I am surprised that you think that this raped and almost killed young girl needs to "get her heart right". Her little heart is most likely just fine, and she was not being punished by God when this criminal hurt her. She is a "Victim", not necessary a sinner that needed to be punished. My son and his friend love the Lord, and still had their noses broken, eye busted, teeth chipped, and fracial fractures. I don't understand your post, at all!

This is just crazy i stayed in sandpiper last week the week of the 8th-15th. I remember this security guard very well he was always trying to strike up a conversation a shady person i must say!

i hope they find this guy. And the only reason i say the hotel should be held responsible is beacause they hired him. you have to do a background check on just about everybody you hire now days. if they would have found the warrant that he had, he would not have even been there to do the horrible thing that he done. i say castrate him and throw him away. i brought my family there this past weekend which included 2 young kids & 2 boys that are seniors and we had a good time. i was worried when they went out to walk down the strip. i was afraid that they might get jumped. but nothing happened to them. They had a good time, but pananma city beach needs to keep security (real cops) tight at all times.

Michelle, come on not hold the hotel responsible?? Please!! No back-round check or license on a security guard?? I guess they didn't want to pay the extra money. I hope they pay now cause the only way it will change is when their pockets get hit. Just because you've stayed there and felt safe doesn't mean it is safe. Read Lynn's comment her son was beat up there too!! My daughter is in Panama city as I write this. These kids need to travel in large packs of friends have 911 on speed dial on their phones, make sure they never leave a drink where someone can drop a date rape drug in it. Natalie Holloway, now this girl. Panama City better do something to rectify this quick or they'll be the next Aruba and no-one will go there on spring break either. This city make lots and lots of money and collects lots and lots of taxes during this time, rather than focusing on what these kids on spring break might do they need to focus on their safety too. Getting raped beat up and robbed. No excuses

Everyone is missing the point...forget the hotel and I hope they find the person who did this, remember the girl who went to enjoy her friends and the beach before she finishes school for the year. This was my daughter last year...I received a call from her that said, "Mother I have just been raped." It was a long flight to Panama City and has been a long year for her and the rest of our family. Parents be careful and know it could happen to your child! My prayers are with this girl and her family.

This is the reason so many parents are paranoid to let their children out of their sites. What kind of world do we live in that our children are no longer safe on an innocent right of passage, such as "Sring Break". Fortunately, my daugter remains safe, but still has until Friday before her and her friend's journey ends. Unfortunately, my daughter happen to be sitting on the third floor balcony of the Sandpiper and saw the girl land on the second floor stairwell. What a senior awakening, not to mention horrible vision etched into the brain of an 18 year old. I know innocent until proven guilty, but thanks Mr. Wuertly for making my daughter's senior trip rememborable and horrific.

From the experience that my son recently suffered behind this hotel,(he and his friend beaten up, and hurt badly)I keep wondering why a popular and $$ Successful hotel such as the Sandpiper Beacon Resort does not have security camera's and better security for these young customers coming from everywhere to have safe fun, and return home the same way they left. I myself feel very badly for this girl, and Thank God she survived this horrible ordeal. The security guard (and I use the term loosely) should be thrown over the same balcony, and the hotel should be held responsible for this incident, and other's.
