Officials now know of two more women alleging sexual misconduct by Calhoun County Corrections Officer William Billy Strawn.

Strawn was arrested last week for bribery and solicitation when a video tape capturing him in the act, surfaced.

Since then, 19 year old Terri Franklin has also come forward. Franklin told Kelli Peacock from the County Record newspaper that she had sex with Strawn so she could be released from jail early.

Franklin said she and another inmate who was later identified as Stacey Rudd, were being transported back to the Bristol Jail Annex after a clean up duty, when Strawn pull his car over behind the Liberty County high school ball field.

She said Strawn gave them beer and had sex with them one by one. In her quote, Franklin says she was not forced but had sex with Strawn because he promised he would release her early.

In that case, Strawn kept his promise. She got out a week and a half early, Rudd was still in jail.

Franklin was also a former cell mates with Lisa Vaughn, the woman in the video tape.

Franklin's case will be charged in Liberty County. But it has been turned over to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Panama City office. No word on when the new charges will be filed.
