An elderly Freeport man has died from injuries he received last month in a traffic crash at US 331 and Rock Hill Road in Walton County.

82 year old Bennie E. Bishop had been critically injured when his S-U-V and a dump truck collided on April 22nd.

He had been transferred to a Pensacola hospital where the Florida Highway Patrol reports he has now died.

Troopers are continuing their investigation.
