A Crawfordville couple was killed in a single car traffic crash late this morning in Wakulla County.

Troopers say the mishap occurred on State Road 363, the Woodville Highway just north of State Road 267.

Killed were 64 year old George Allen Watson and 63 year old Beverly Reid Watson of Crawfordville.

The Florida Highway Patrol says the couple’s car ran off the road for unknown reasons and crashed into a tree..

Beverly Watson died at the scene, her husband died a short while later at a Tallahassee hospital.
