Panama City police are still looking for the person who robbed a McDonalds on Harrison Ave in the downtown area early Tuesday morning.
Investigators tell us it happened while employees were closing the restaurant for the day.
The robber walked in about 12:30 while employees were taking out the trash. He was armed and demanded money. Then, investigators say he took off.
The suspect is about 5 foot 7. He was wearing a blue hoodie and blue pants. He had a ski mask, gloves and a nine-millimeter pistol.
Detectives don't think this robbery is related to two other recent fast-food holdups, where employees were forced into store freezers.
Meanwhile, in Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa County lawmen are looking for two robbers who held up Hibbets Sporting Goods store on Mary Esther Blvd Monday night.
The two bandits entered the store shortly after 8 p.m. One was armed with a pistol. They were both wearing all black with black masks. They took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled.
